Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, let us know when booking and we will do our best to accommodate. Most properties use a secure lockbox for self check-in — full details are sent after your booking is confirmed.
All properties are fully furnished and equipped for a comfortable stay. Towels, bed linen, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning and smart TV are all standard. Some properties include a BBQ — check the individual villa listing. High chairs and baby cots are available on request.
Yes — we offer transfers from both Paphos and Larnaca airports. Our cars seat up to five passengers with luggage. Share your flight details when booking and we'll arrange everything.
Absolutely. Send us your shopping list before your arrival and everything will be ready when you walk through the door. Items are charged at cost price — no mark-up. Our Property Manager will confirm details closer to your arrival.
Yes. We offer a 15% discount for stays of 7 nights or more, and a 35% discount for stays of 30 nights or more. Discounts apply to the listed nightly rate. Please contact our Property Manager directly to arrange a long-stay booking.
The easiest way to check live availability is via our Airbnb listings — there's a direct link on each villa page. Alternatively, email us at contact@theresariacollection.com with your dates and we'll confirm straight away.
Yes. A car is highly recommended for exploring Cyprus, and we work with trusted local partners to arrange hire that suits your group. We can sort this before your arrival — just mention it when you get in touch.
We'd love to. Our team has decades of experience in Cyprus and we're always happy to share favourite restaurants, beaches, excursions and family activities. We can make bookings on your behalf too — just reach out once your stay is confirmed.
All three villas have private parking on-site for at least one car. The Nerida Residence has covered private parking. Additional street parking is available nearby at all properties.
Pets are not permitted at our properties, with the exception of registered assistance animals. Please contact us before booking if you have any questions about this.
Properties are strictly non-smoking indoors. No parties or events. Quiet hours are 10pm–7am out of respect for neighbours. Air conditioning should not be left running with doors or windows open, or while the property is unoccupied. Please follow pool and BBQ safety instructions provided on arrival.
